Vendor Services in its individual capacity, hereby acknowledges that the indemnification provisions in the Transfer Agreement benefiting the Issuer and the Trustee are enforceable by each hereunder.
Vendor Services will promptly pay and discharge all taxes, assessments, levies and other governmental charges imposed on it which may materially and adversely affect any of the Leases, Equipment or other items described in Section 2.1(a), or Lease Finance's rights with respect thereto.

Vendor Services. Exhibitors who require catering services, audio visual support, tenting, and so forth must utilize a vendor approved by the Event and listed on the Event Approved Vendor List.
Vendor Services. CenCal Health retains Vendor to perform consulting services regarding contract lifecycle management (the “Services”) as identified and described in Exhibit A, the Statement of Work, (“SOW”).
Vendor Services. 11.1 Vendor Accommodations A service to assist vendors in unloading and loading heavy items from their trailer before and after the event. This service must be pre-arranged and scheduled prior to arrival to ensure adequate staff is on hand. This service includes 30 minutes of assistance with unloading and 30 minutes of loading larger and heavy items for a fee of $50.00. Additional time can be purchased at the rate of $1 per minute per person assisting.

Vendor Services. (a) The Vendor Contracts are set forth on Attachment 1 hereto. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, upon the written request setting forth additional or amended Vendor Services to be provided to New AB made by an Executive Vice President of New AB or a person designated to act on his behalf in an instrument executed by such New AB Executive Vice President and delivered to ABC, ABC shall provide, or cause provision, to New AB of each of the Vendor Services with respect to the Transferred Business in the manner and to the same general extent as such Vendor Services have been provided to ABC in connection with the Transferred Business before the Contribution.
