ACCESS TO SERVER. For a period of 90 days following the Closing, and subject to the terms of the Software License and Support Services Agreement, Buyer shall have right to on-line access to Seller's computer system server and to the server of U S Liquids for the purpose of facilitating Buyer's operation of its intended business which will utilize the Assets.
