Access to Retiree Health. A. This Section shall apply to any teacher retiring from the School Corporation on or after the earlier of (i) attainment of age 50 plus total ISTRF service equal to 15, (ii) attainment of age 55 plus age and total ISTRF service equal to 85 or more, (iii) attainment of age 60 plus total ISTRF service equal to 15, or (iv) attainment of age 65 plus total ISTRF service equal to 10, but in no event will eligibility occur without the completion of 10 years with the School Corporation.
