Access to Long Term Occasional Teaching Positions. 28.2.1. When, at least 15 school days prior to its commencement, it is known, to the person designated by the employer, that an occasional teaching assignment will become a long term assignment, the assignment shall be advertised on a dedicated telephone line and/or the Board’s Intranet for a period of four days. As soon as administratively feasible, such assignments shall be advertised on the Board’s Intranet.
