Access of Grantee, State of Mississippi, HUD and Others to CDBG Documents, Papers, and Books. The Contracted Party agrees to allow the Grantee, State of Mississippi, HUD, the Comptroller General of the United States, and any of their duly authorized representatives access to any books, documents, papers, and records of the Contracted Party which are directly pertinent to the CDBG Program for the purpose of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcriptions.
