An Access List clause defines which individuals or entities are permitted to enter or use certain premises, systems, or information. Typically, it specifies names, roles, or categories of people who are granted access, and may outline procedures for updating or modifying the list as needed. This clause ensures that only authorized parties can gain entry or use resources, thereby enhancing security and controlling access to sensitive areas or data.
Access List. If required for troubleshooting of the AIRAVE Pro Connect, Customer will either add any technician’s phones to the access list or will provide Sprint with handsets already on the access list for use.
Access List. Functionality known as an “access list” may be available for some customers. An access list allows Customer some control over which users may use the AIRAVE Pro Connect. Sprint can assist Customer in setting up the initial access list. Maintenance of the access list is Customer’s responsibility, and Sprint will not be held responsible for its use or misuse.

The National Union President, or any Regional Vice-president may submit a request to the appropriate management official for a report listing the names, positions, and organizational codes (up to Level 5) of the people who have had authorized access to the data within the last year. This request will comply with the information request requirements of 5 USC 7114(b)(4) and not occur more frequently than annually. The handling and dissemination of this report by both Management and the Union will comply with all policies and regulations related to Personally Identifiable Information.
Access List. Customer shall provide to PERFORMIVE a list of Customer employees or agents authorized by Customer to enter the Data Center on Customer’s behalf with minimal 24 hours advance notice. The Customer’s responsible for keeping such personnel information updated at all times by contacting the NOC with any changes. All badges are the property of PERFORMIVE and shall remain at the Data Center where issued.
