Colocation Services. 3.1 Customer may, pursuant to and as described in a particular Sales Order Form, desire to sublease from Internap certain space (the “Space”) to locate certain equipment (the “Equipment”).

Colocation Services. The remuneration for colocation services is determined in accordance with the provisions of the respective individual order. The supplier is, according to the following provisions, entitled to adjust the payment for areas:
Colocation Services. D.6.1 The Customer acknowledges that the Customer Server is at The Customer’s risk whilst at the Facility and accordingly The Customer shall insure the Customer Server against all relevant risks whilst at the Facility. The Customer’s attention is drawn to clause A.9 of the General Terms and Conditions.

Colocation Services. The following terms pertain specifically to Colocation Services supplied by Rogers to you. Rogers owns and operates sixteen (16) multi-tenant data centres across Canada (see Diagram 1 below) in which Rogers Colocation Services are provided. These data centres are connected by Rogers’ wholly owned nationwide 25,000-kilometre fibre optic network with connectivity to key network access points in the U.S. and overseas. Over eighty percent (80%) of all Canadian businesses are within 200 kilometres of a Rogers data centre. Rogers Colocation Services provide you with a data centre environment equipped to handle the increased processing power, virtualization and low-latency requirements of the rapidly challenging business IT environment. Rogers Colocation Services have the following features:
Colocation Services. Clients utilizing the colocation services of the Company acknowledge and agree to request in writing for any form of power, data or information interconnection, public utility service, cross-connection or facility connections from Company for review prior to the provisioning of said connections or interconnections at Company colocation facilities. All power, data or information interconnections shall be installed and placed in accordance with industry standards and local building codes by approved service personnel; shall be installed and maintained neatly for an organized appearance; are subject to final inspection by Company; subject to removal at Client’s expense for non-compliant, unapproved or incorrect installation. All colocation facility power and information interconnections shall be introduced to and established at the identified Company demarcation points within the colocation facility for further distribution within the colocation facility. Interconnections, cross-connections or facility-connections of any type between Company colocated Clients, colocation facility or utility providers are subject to review, approval and interconnection fees if applicable. Solicitation of Clients within Company colocation facility or any actions on Clients behalf that affect the revenue generation of the Company by Client is strictly prohibited and shall result in agreement acceleration and termination. All Client equipment and or fixtures are subject to inspection, review and approval before being presented at Company colocation facilities. Client acknowledges and agrees that all insurance coverage for Client equipment and services shall be provided by Client. Client agrees to abide by the Colocation facility acceptable use policy.
Colocation Services. Customer may, pursuant to and as described in a particular Sales Order Form, "sublease" from Meriplex certain space (the “Space”) in which to locate certain equipment owned by Customer (the “Equipment”). This provision does not constitute a lease of any real or personal property or a grant of any other real property interest. Customer acknowledges and agrees that for "subleased" colocation Space and Services provided in any jurisdiction, Customer is granted only a license to use the Space in accordance with this Agreement.
Colocation Services i. If you purchase Colocation Services from us, we grant you a license to occupy the space defined by our best effort of efficient allocation. The Space is located in a data center leased by us (Data Center). You are only granted a license to occupy the Space. You will have no ownership rights in the Space or Data Center.
