Common use of Access Following Commencement Clause in Contracts

Access Following Commencement. 12.2.1 With effect from the Signature Date, SANParks grants to the Private Party and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that for the duration of the Project Term, the Private Party and the Private Party Parties have such access to the Spa Facility as is required by the Private Party for the carrying out of the Project, subject at all times to the provisions of this PPP Agreement.

Access Following Commencement. 12.2.1 10.2.1 With effect from the Signature Operation Commencement Date, SANParks grants shall grant to the Private Party and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that for the duration of the Project Term, Term the Private Party and the Private Party Parties have such access to the Spa Facility Estate as is required by the Private Party for the carrying out of the ProjectProject therein, but subject at all times always to the provisions of this PPP Agreement.

Access Following Commencement. 12.2.1 With effect from the Signature Date, SANParks grants to the Private Party and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that for the duration of the Project Term, the Private Party and the Private Party Parties have such access to the Spa AENP Xxxx Braai Facility as is required by the Private Party for the carrying out of the Project, subject at all times to the provisions of this PPP Agreement.

Access Following Commencement. 12.2.1 With effect from the Signature Date, SANParks grants shall grant to the Private Party and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that for the duration of the Project Term, Term the Private Party and Party, the Private Party Parties have such access to the Spa Facility Xxxx Braai site as is required by the Private Party for the carrying out of the ProjectProject therein, but subject at all times always to the provisions of this PPP Agreement.

Access Following Commencement. 12.2.1 With effect from the Signature Date, SANParks grants to the Private Party and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that for the duration of the Project Term, the Private Party and the Private Party Parties have such access to the Spa Facility as is Xxxxxxxx.xx required by the Private Party for the carrying out of the Project, subject at all times to the provisions of this PPP Agreement.

Access Following Commencement. 12.2.1 With effect from the Signature Date, SANParks grants to the Private Party and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that for the duration of the Project Term, the Private Party and the Private Party Parties have such access to the Spa Facility Groote Xxxxxx Estate Tea Room and Restaurant as is required by the Private Party for the carrying out of the Project, subject at all times to the provisions of this PPP Agreement.

Access Following Commencement. 12.2.1 With effect from the Signature Date, SANParks grants to the Private Party and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that for the duration of the Project Term, the Private Party and the Private Party Parties have such access to the Spa Boulders Retail Facility as is required by the Private Party for the carrying out of the Project, subject at all times to the provisions of this PPP Agreement.

Access Following Commencement. 12.2.1 With effect from the Signature Date, SANParks grants to the Private Party and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that for the duration of the Project Term, the Private Party and the Private Party Parties have such access to the Spa Facility as is Xxxxxxxx.xx required by the Private Party for the carrying out of the Project, subject at all times to the provisions of this PPP Agreement.

Access Following Commencement. 12.2.1 With effect from the Signature Operation Commencement Date, SANParks grants shall grant to the Private Party and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that for the duration of the Project TermTerm the Private Party, the Private Party Parties and the Private Party Parties Franchisee have such access to the Spa Restaurant Facility as is required by the Private Party for the carrying out of the ProjectProject therein, but subject at all times always to the provisions of this PPP Agreement.

Access Following Commencement. 12.2.1 With effect from the Signature Date, SANParks grants to the Private Party and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that for the duration of the Project Term, the Private Party and the Private Party Parties have such access to the Spa Nkuhlu Precinct Facility as is required by the Private Party for the carrying out of the Project, subject at all times to the provisions of this PPP Agreement.

Access Following Commencement. 12.2.1 With effect from the Signature Date, SANParks grants to the Private Party and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that for the duration of the Project Term, the Private Party and the Private Party Parties have such access to the Spa Phalaborwa Gate Xxxx Braai Facility as is required by the Private Party for the carrying out of the Project, subject at all times to the provisions of this PPP Agreement.

Access Following Commencement. 12.2.1 With effect from the Signature Date, SANParks grants to the Private Party and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that for the duration of the Project Term, the Private Party and the Private Party Parties have such access to the Spa Astronomy Facility as is required by the Private Party for the carrying out of the Project, subject at all times to the provisions of this PPP Agreement.

Access Following Commencement. 12.2.1 With effect from the Signature Date, SANParks grants to the Private Party and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that for the duration of the Project Term, the Private Party and the Private Party Parties have such access to the Spa Facility Xxxx Braai Product as is required by the Private Party for the carrying out of the Project, subject at all times to the provisions of this PPP Agreement.

Access Following Commencement. 12.2.1 With effect from the Signature Date, SANParks grants to the Private Party and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that for the duration of the Project Term, the Private Party and the Private Party Parties have such access to the Spa Phabeni Gate Xxxx Braai Facility as is required by the Private Party for the carrying out of the Project, subject at all times to the provisions of this PPP Agreement.

Access Following Commencement. 12.2.1 With effect from the Signature Date, SANParks grants to the Private Party and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that for the duration of the Project Term, the Private Party and the Private Party Parties have such access to the Spa Treehouse Camp Facility as is required by the Private Party for the carrying out of the Project, subject at all times to the provisions of this PPP Agreement.

Access Following Commencement. 12.2.1 With effect from the Signature Date, SANParks grants to the Private Party and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that for the duration of the Project Term, the Private Party and the Private Party Parties have such access to the Spa Facility Geelbek Restaurant and with related tourism activities as is required by the Private Party for the carrying out of the Project, subject at all times to the provisions of this PPP Agreement.

Access Following Commencement. 12.2.1 With effect from the Signature Date, SANParks grants to the Private Party and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that for the duration of the Project Term, the Private Party and the Private Party Parties have such access to the Spa Restaurant Facility as is required by the Private Party for the carrying out of the Project, subject at all times to the provisions of this PPP Agreement.

Access Following Commencement. 12.2.1 With effect from the Signature Date, SANParks grants to the Private Party and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that for the duration of the Project Term, the Private Party and the Private Party Parties have such access to the Spa Facility Phalaborwa Safari Lodge as is required by the Private Party for the carrying out of the Project, subject at all times to the provisions of this PPP Agreement.

Access Following Commencement. 12.2.1 With effect from the Signature Date, SANParks grants to the Private Party and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that for the duration of the Project Term, the Private Party and the Private Party Parties have such access to the Spa Facility NAMAQUA FLOWERS BEACH LUXURY MOBILE TENTED CAMP as is required by the Private Party for the carrying out of the Project, subject at all times to the provisions of this PPP Agreement.

Access Following Commencement. 12.2.1 With effect from the Signature Date, SANParks grants to the Private Party and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that for the duration of the Project Term, the Private Party and the Private Party Parties have such access to the Spa Facility Phabeni Education Centre as is required by the Private Party for the carrying out of the Project, subject at all times to the provisions of this PPP Agreement.

Access Following Commencement. 12.2.1 With effect from the Signature Date, SANParks grants to the Private Party and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that for the duration of the Project Term, the Private Party and the Private Party Parties have such access to the Spa Facility Mobile Tented Safari Facilities as is required by the Private Party for the carrying out of the Project, subject to at all times to the provisions of this PPP Agreement.
