Project Commencement. The Grantee shall begin the grant-funded project <<on or before insert date>> <<within 90 days of the original start date of the grant term or grant execution date, whichever is later,>>, unless otherwise approved by System Agency. If project commencement is delayed, the Grantee must submit in writing to the assigned contract manager, the steps taken to initiate the project, the reasons for the delay, and the expected start date. System Agency may require Grantee to take immediate remedial or corrective action in response to any delay.

Project Commencement. The Grantee shall begin the grant-funded project on September 1, 2023, unless otherwise approved by System Agency. If project commencement is delayed, the Grantee must submit in writing to the assigned contract manager, the steps taken to initiate the project, the reasons for the delay, and the expected start date. System Agency may require Grantee to take immediate remedial or corrective action in response to any delay.
Project Commencement. Subrecipient shall cause the Project to be operational no later than 60 days from the date of this Agreement. If the Project is not operational by that date, Subrecipient must submit a letter to Agency describing steps taken to initiate the Project, reasons for delay, and the expected Project starting date. If the Project is not operational within 90 days of the date of this Agreement, the Subrecipient must submit a second letter explaining the additional delay in implementation, and the Agency may, after reviewing the circumstances, consider the Subrecipient in default in accordance with Section 6.03 and may terminate the Agreement in accordance with Section 6.02.

Project Commencement. (a) At such time as Owner elects to commence the Project, Owner will give written notice thereof to Developer, and Developer shall commence or cause to be commenced the Project within twenty (20) business days thereafter. Owner and Developer hereby designate BSI Constructors as the general contractor (“General Contractor”) for the Project. Developer shall negotiate a guaranteed maximum price contract with the General Contractor for the Project (the “General Construction Contract”), which shall be subject to the review and written approval of Owner (such written approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed). Owner shall enter into the General Construction Contract with the General Contractor in the name of Owner. Developer shall not amend or alter the terms of the General Construction Contract or issue or authorize change orders in connection therewith without the prior written approval of Owner, except as expressly permitted under Section 1.5(e) above. Developer shall provide Owner with copies of all change orders on a monthly basis, or as otherwise requested by Owner or required by Section 1.5(e) above.
Project Commencement. Tenant shall have the option to terminate this Lease if Project Commencement has not occurred by the applicable Milestone Date for Project Commencement. If Tenant becomes entitled to terminate the Lease pursuant to this Paragraph 2.4(a}, such option must be exercised within ten (10) days following the Project Commencement Milestone Date by delivery of written notice of such election to Landlord. If Tenant timely terminates this Lease pursuant to this Paragraph 2.4(a), then this Lease shall terminate and Landlord and Tenant shall have no further obligations or liabilities hereunder (except any and all monies deposited by Tenant shall be returned to Tenant), except those obligations that survive termination. If Tenant fails to timely exercise such termination option, or if Project Commencement occurs within such 10-day period, then the Lease shall continue in full force and
