ACCESS BY LESSOR. Notwithstanding any provision hereof to the contrary, Lessor, its agents and employees, shall have access to and the right to enter upon the Leased Premises at any reasonable time to examine the condition thereof, to clean, repair or make alterations required or deemed necessary or desirable to be made by Lessor, to show the Leased Premises to prospective purchasers or tenants, and for any other purpose deemed reasonable by Lessor.
