Acceptance of Terms and Conditions. The parties agree to be bound by and to comply with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any supplements thereto and all specifications and other documents referred to in this Agreement. This Agreement does not constitute an acceptance by Company of any offer to sell, any quotation or any proposal. Reference in this Agreement to any such offer to sell, quotation or proposal shall in no way constitute a modification of any of the terms of this Agreement. The terms of this Agreement take precedence over any alternative terms and conditions in any other document connected with this transaction unless such alternative terms are expressly incorporated by reference on the face of this Agreement. ANY ATTEMPTED ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCONSISTENT WITH OR IN ADDITION TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT BINDING UPON COMPANY UNLESS SPECIFICALLY ACCEPTED BY COMPANY IN WRITING.
