ACCEPTANCE OF EQUIPMENT. Lessee's acceptance of the Equipment shall be conclusively and irrevocably evidenced by Lessee executing the Certificate of Delivery and Acceptance and upon acceptance the Lease of such Equipment shall be noncancellable for the Original Term unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Lessor.
