Common use of Acceptance of Award Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Award. By execution of this Agreement, the Participant accepts the award, acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan, and represents that the Participant is familiar with the terms and provisions thereof and agrees to be bound thereby. Participant further agrees to accept as binding, conclusive and final all decisions or interpretations of the Committee with respect to any questions arising under the Plan, including any calculation of, or in connection with, the total shareholder return of the Company or any other company for the Award Cycle.

Acceptance of Award. By execution of this Agreement, the Participant accepts the award, acknowledges receipt of a copy of the PlanPlan (a copy of which is attached as Annex I), and represents that the Participant is familiar with the terms and provisions thereof and agrees to be bound thereby. Participant further agrees to accept as binding, conclusive and final all decisions or interpretations of the Compensation Committee with respect to any questions arising under the Plan, including any calculation of, or in connection with, the total shareholder return of the Company or any other company for the Award CyclePlan and this Agreement.
