Common use of ACCEPTANCE AND EXECUTION Clause in Contracts

ACCEPTANCE AND EXECUTION. The Client shall indicate acceptance of the Agreement by either (a) signing the Proposal or (b) indicating the Client’s acceptance of the Proposal terms by email or text message. This Agreement shall be considered executed on the date the Client accepts the Agreement by either method.
