Common use of Acceleration Costs Clause in Contracts

Acceleration Costs. Contractor may use the Allocation for acceleration costs pursuant to Section 5.4.4 and the measures specified in Section 3.12.6(d) of this Agreement but only when no entitlement to an adjustment to the Substantial Completion Date and/or the Incentive Benchmark exists.
