Academic Needs. For the 2019-2020 school year, the scale will be increased by $2000 at each step of the salary scale based on the Academic Need of students to attract and retain educators. For the 2020-2021 school year, the scale will be increased by $500 at each step of the salary scale based on the Academic Need of students to attract and retain educators.
