ABSENCES FROM WORK. Unless otherwise specified in this agreement requests for lieu time, vacation, floating holidays and any other types of leaves of absence will be granted provided that TCHC can meet its business requirements and commitments. Requests for such time-off shall not be unreasonably denied.
