ABROGATION OF CONTRACT ARTICLES. 247 Should any part hereof, or any provisions herein contained, be rendered or declared invalid by reason of any existing or subsequently enacted legislation or by a decree of a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidation of such part or portion of this Agreement shall not invalidate the remaining portion hereof and they shall remain in full force and effect.

  • Heavy Articles To approve the weight, size, placement and time and manner of movement within the Building of any safe, central filing system or other heavy article of Tenant's property. Tenant shall move its property entirely at its own risk.

  • INCORPORATION OF GUIDES BY REFERENCE The Seller/Servicer acknowledges that it has received and read the Guides. All provisions of the Guides are incorporated by reference into and made a part of this Contract, and shall be binding upon the parties; provided, however, that the Seller/Servicer shall be entitled to sell Loans to and/or service Loans for Residential Funding only if and for so long as it shall have been authorized to do so by Residential Funding in writing. Specific reference in this Contract to particular provisions of the Guides and not to other provisions does not mean that those provisions of the Guides not specifically cited in this Contract are not applicable.
