Common use of Abandonment of Wellx Clause in Contracts

Abandonment of Wellx. Xx the best of the information, knowledge and belief of the Vendor, and other than as disclosed in the documents provided by the Vendor to the Purchaser for the purposes of the Purchaser conducting its due diligence in respect of the Assets, each well located on the Lands which has been abandoned has been plugged and abandoned, and the wellsite therefor properly restored, in accordance with good oil and gas field practices;
