Common use of AAA Rules Clause in Contracts

AAA Rules. 8.18.1. By mutual agreement the Expedited Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association shall be used instead of the Voluntary Labor Arbitration Rules. 8.18.2. The fees and the expenses of the arbitrator shall be shared equally by the parties. 8.18.3. Any time limit designations may be extended or shortened by mutual written consent of both parties.
