AAA Arbitration. Claims remaining after the mandatory mediation and Government Code Claims Process shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted before a retired judge in accordance with the AAA rules in effect as of the date that a Demand for Arbitration is filed, except as expressly modified herein. The locale for any arbitration commenced hereunder shall be the regional office of the AAA closest to the Site.
