Common use of A Project Development Schedule Clause in Contracts

A Project Development Schedule. The Project Consultant shall prepare a schedule of services (Project Development Schedule) in compliance with Project Schedule and for approval by the Owner. Such schedule shall show activities including but not limited to Project Consultant efforts and Owner and Construction Manager reviews and approvals required to complete services. This schedule shall initially be submitted to Owner and Construction Manager for approval within twenty-one (21) days of execution of this Agreement.
