A/E Changes Affecting Contract Work. A. A proposed change in the A/E’s designated project manager (as stated in Section 1.1.2 “Retainer” in the Agreement) to provide and respond to the project/service requests of OCCR, require approval from the County before the actual replacement and appointment of another individual. An administrative process shall be followed to reflect OCCR’s approval of the new designation.
