Common use of A Casual Employee Clause in Contracts

A Casual Employee. except casual Teachers employed in a Pre-School or Kindergarten, will be paid per hour calculated at the rate of 1/38th of the weekly rate appropriate to the Employee's classification. In addition to their base hourly rate, a loading of 25% of that rate will be paid instead of the paid leave entitlements applicable to full-time and part-time Employees.
