Common use of 871(m) Protocol Clause in Contracts

The parties agree that the definitions and provisions contained in the ISDA 2015 Section 871(m) Protocol, as published by ISDA and as may be amended, supplemented, replaced or superseded from time to time (the “871(m) Protocol”) shall apply to the Agreement as if the parties had adhered to the 871(m) Protocol as of the effective date of the Agreement.
