30 Day Extension. If RECEIVING PARTY is not able to complete its transition of the Corporate Services by the Termination Date, then upon written notice provided to PROVIDING PARTY at least thirty (30) days prior to the Termination Date, RECEIVING PARTY shall have the right to request and cause PROVIDING PARTY to provide up to thirty (30) days of additional Corporate Services to RECEIVING PARTY; provided, that RECEIVING PARTY shall pay for all such additional Corporate Services.
