Common use of 2Termination Clause in Contracts

2Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon fifteen (15) days prior written notice to the other for any reason or no reason. Client may also terminate this Agreement immediately in its sole discretion upon Consultant’s material breach of this Agreement. ​

Client Company may also terminate this Agreement immediately and without prior notice if Consultant refuses to or is unable to perform the Services or is in its sole discretion upon Consultant’s breach of any material breach provision of this Agreement, or if the Company dissolves. ​Company and Consultant agree that the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the Term, shall be subject to an annual review by Company.
