207K Exemption Sample Clauses

207K Exemption. It is agreed to and acknowledged that the City has declared shift employees covered under this bargaining agreement to be 207(k) exempt employees for the purposes of application of the Fair Labor Standards Act. For the purposes of calculating pay under Section 207(k) of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the basic work period shall be as defined herein.
