Common use of 02 - Second Shift Clause in Contracts

02 - Second Shift. If a second shift is required it shall start at the end of the first shift, but shall end after seven and one-half (7.5) hours of work, the employee receiving eight (8) hours per pay plus a shift premium of fifty cents ($0.50) per hour.
