00 - CONFLICT OF INTEREST. 20.01 The Service Provider shall ensure that they manage appropriately any conflict of interest, or potential or foreseeable conflict of interest, between the personal interests of its officers, directors, employees or agents and the performance of the Service Provider’s obligations under this Agreement. In this regard and in addition to the requirements of this section 20.00, the Service Provider acknowledges the provisions of The Corporations Act with respect to the disclosure of director or officer interests in contracts.
