Common use of Informal Level Clause in Contracts

Informal Level. Before filing a written grievance, the grievant shall attempt to resolve the matter by an informal conference with their immediate supervisor within ten (10) days of the time an alleged grievance occurs. The grievant is entitled to UACT representation during this meeting.
