Execution and Delivery of Amendment. The Borrower, the Loan Parties, the Administrative Agent, and the Required Lenders shall have executed and delivered this Amendment, and all other documentation necessary for effectiveness of this Amendment shall have been executed and delivered all to the satisfaction of the Borrower, the Required Lenders and the Administrative Agent.
Execution and Delivery of Amendment. The Borrower shall have executed this Amendment, and the Administrative Agent shall have received consent from the Required Lenders to execute and shall have executed this Amendment.
Execution and Delivery of Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received copies of this Amendment duly executed by the Borrower, the Parent Entity, as Guarantor, the Lenders and the Administrative Agent.

Execution and Delivery of Amendment. The Borrowers, the Guarantor and the Required Banks shall have executed and delivered to the Agent this Amendment by their duly authorized representatives.
