Amendment to Article 15 of the Loan Agreement. Article 15 of the Loan Agreement, EXPENSES, is hereby modified and amended by adding the following sentence to the end of clause (e) of Article 15 thereof as follows: “Without limiting the foregoing, Borrower acknowledges that Agent and/or its counsel may engage one or more financial consultants, including, without limitation, Capstone Advisory Group, LLC, to advise Agent, its counsel, and/or Lenders and that Borrower shall be obligated, promptly following demand by Agent, to pay all reasonable fees and expenses of such financial consultants (including any retainers); and”
