Amendment to Article IX. Article IX of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following Section 9.25 at the end thereof. “As of the Seventh Amendment Effective Date, Schedule 9.25 identifies all Mortgaged Property such that if such Mortgaged Property were located in a special flood hazard area, such Mortgaged Property would require flood insurance pursuant to the Flood Insurance Regulations.
Amendment to Article IX. Section 9.14 shall be added to Article IX in proper numerical order to read as follows:
