Interest and Principal Payments; Term. Interest on the principal balance outstanding on this Note shall be computed from the date hereof at the per annum rate of three percent (3%) and shall continue to accrue until paid. Interest shall be computed on the basis of a year of 365 days for the actual number of days elapsed. The entire amount of accrued but unpaid interest and all outstanding principal shall be due and payable on the first to occur of (i) the next business day following the date that the funds have be provided to Grantee as provided in that certain commitment letter issued by U.S. Bank, a copy of which has been provided to the Lender or (ii) the six (6) month anniversary of the date of this Note.

  • Interest and Principal Payments Holders shall be entitled to receive, and Borrower shall pay, simple interest on the outstanding principal amount of this Note at the annual rate of eight percent (8%) (as subject to increase as set forth in this Note) from the Original Issue Date through the Maturity Date. Principal and interest shall be due and payable on the Maturity Date.

  • Principal Payment The Borrower shall fail to pay any principal of any Note when the same becomes due and payable as set forth in this Agreement;

  • Principal Payments Originator is authorized and directed by SPV to enter on the grid attached hereto, or, at its option, in its books and records, the date and amount of each loan made by it which is evidenced by this Subordinated Note and the amount of each payment of principal made by SPV, and absent manifest error, such entries shall constitute prima facie evidence of the accuracy of the information so entered; provided that neither the failure of Originator to make any such entry or any error therein shall expand, limit or affect the obligations of SPV hereunder.

  • Interest and Principal The Notes will mature on July 1, 2022 and will bear interest at the rate of 4.625% per annum.   • Repayment of Interest and Principal Except as otherwise provided herein, the Company will repay the outstanding principal amount of this Note within fourteen (14) Business Days of the Offering Funding Date (the “Maturity Date”). This Note does not bear interest. At the option of the Lender, funds available for repayment of the loan may be held in a Company account, interest free, after the Maturity Date. Such funds shall not be used or otherwise pledged until such time as the Company and Lender have entered into another note.

  • Minimum Monthly Principal Payments Amortizing payments of the aggregate principal amount outstanding under this Note at any time (the “Principal Amount”) shall begin on December 1, 2004 and shall recur on the first business day of each succeeding month thereafter until the Maturity Date (each, an “Amortization Date”). Subject to Article 3 below, beginning on the first Amortization Date, the Borrower shall make monthly payments to the Holder on each Repayment Date, each in the amount of $187,500, together with any accrued and unpaid interest to date on such portion of the Principal Amount plus any and all other amounts which are then owing under this Note, the Purchase Agreement or any other Related Agreement but have not been paid (collectively, the “Monthly Amount”).   • Scheduled Principal Payments The Borrower shall make payments of principal to Holder as follows: (i) on the first anniversary of this Note, the sum of $279,500, which represents 10% of original principal amount of this Note, (ii) on the second anniversary of this Note, the sum of $1,118,000, which represents 40% of original principal amount of this Note, and (iii) on May 18, 2010 (the “Maturity Date”), a final payment of the sum of the outstanding principal balance of this Note, including the amount of any PIK Interest, together with accrued and unpaid interest thereon, and all other obligations and indebtedness owing hereunder, if not sooner paid.

  • Payments of Interest and Principal (a) Any installment of interest or principal, if any, payable on any Class A(2017-5) Note which is punctually paid or duly provided for by the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee on the applicable Interest Payment Date or Principal Payment Date shall be paid by the Paying Agent to the Person in whose name such Class A(2017-5) Note (or one or more Predecessor Notes) is registered on the Record Date, by wire transfer of immediately available funds to such Person’s account as has been designated by written instructions received by the Paying Agent from such Person not later than the close of business on the third Business Day preceding the date of payment or, if no such account has been so designated, by check mailed first-class, postage prepaid to such Person’s address as it appears on the Note Register on such Record Date, except that with respect to Notes registered on the Record Date in the name of the nominee of Cede & Co., payment shall be made by wire transfer in immediately available funds to the account designated by such nominee.
