Amendment to Section 2.02(a). The first sentence of Section 2.02(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to change the words “11:00 a.m.” contained therein to mean and refer to “12:00 noon”.
Amendment to Section 2.02(a). Section 2.02(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding immediately before the final sentence thereof the sentence “On the 2018 Replacement Term Loan Amendment Effective Date, the 2018 New Term Loans shall constitute, on the terms provided in the 2018 Replacement Term Loan Amendment, Term Loans hereunder.”.
Amendment to Section 2.02(a). The second sentence of Section 2.02(a) is hereby deleted.
Amendment to Section 2.02(a). Section 2.02(a) is hereby amended by replacing “$2,000,000,000” in the tenth line thereof with “$3,000,000,000”.
Amendment to Section 2.02(a). Section 2.02(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:
Amendment to Section 2.02(a). Clause (a) of Section 2.02 of the Credit Agreement (Floor Plan Credit Facility; The Floor Plan Loans and Commitments) is amended by replacing “20%” in clause (i) of the second sentence thereof with “30%”.
