Amendment to Exercise Price. Section 2(b) is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows:
Amendment to Exercise Price. The Exercise Price, as such term is defined in the Warrant shall be $0.12.
Amendment to Exercise Price. Section 2.03 of the Warrant Purchase Agreement is amended and restated hereby to read in full as follows:
Amendment to Exercise Price. The Exercise Price set forth in the first sentence of the first paragraph of the Warrant is hereby amended as of the date hereof to be the New Exercise Price (as defined on the signature page hereto) per share of Common Stock.

Amendment to Exercise Price. That all references to the exercise price of the Warrants set forth in the Purchase Agreement and the form of Warrant attached thereto as Exhibit A shall be deemed to be $4.24 per share.
