Option Nontransferable. Optionee may not transfer or assign all or any part of the Option other than by will or by the laws of descent and distribution. This Option may be exercised, during the lifetime of Optionee, only by Optionee, or in the event of Optionee’s legal incapacity, by Optionee’s guardian or legal representative acting on behalf of Optionee in a fiduciary capacity under state law and court supervision.
Option Nontransferable. This option is not transferable otherwise than by will or the law or descent or distribution and is exercisable during the Employee’s lifetime only by the Employee or his guardian or legal representative.

This Option may not be sold, exchanged, pledged, transferred, assigned, or otherwise encumbered, hypothecated or disposed of by you (or your designated Beneficiary) other than by (a) will or laws of descent and distribution or (b) a qualified domestic relations order (as defined by the Internal Revenue Code).
