Terms Cláusulas Exemplificativas

Terms. Nextlane may update the Terms and Conditions, URL terms, including the list of compatible Third-Party Software, provided the updates do not have a material adverse impact on Customer’s rights. The new Terms will be published on Nextlane website and/or notified electronically to the Customer Notification Contact, together with their effective date. If Customer considers that the modifications have a material adverse impact on Customer’s rights, it may send a Notice of dispute refusing the change. If the Parties have not reached an agreement two (2) months after the receipt of the Notice by Nextlane Notification Contact, Customer may terminate the Agreement pursuant to Section 10.2 (Termination by Customer). If Customer does not send a Notice of dispute to Nextlane within the two (2) months’ notice period, the updated terms are deemed accepted by Customer and Customer waives its right to dispute the change and/or terminate the Agreement.
Terms. This AGREEMENT shall become effective upon signature by both Parties and shall continue for a period of five (5) years. Either Party may terminate this AGREEMENT at any time by giving six (6) months prior notification in writing to the other institution. However, that termination of this AGREEMENT shall not affect activities already in progress, which shall continue until concluded by the Parties in accordance with the terms of specific Activity Plan or as otherwise agreed to by both Parties in writing.
