Compensation. 17.1. Disclaimers. BERMO shall have no obligation in connection with any infringement action and the Client shall indemnify BERMO against any third party action relating to: (I) Client Data, (ii) 'BERMO's compliance with technical information, instructions, specifications drafted by the Client or made available to the Client by third parties; (iii) modifications made by any party other than BERMO or its employees, (iv) Client's non-compliance with the applicable Documentation;
