Personal Data any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Data Subject”), under the Agreement. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
Personal Data means data that can be reasonably used to identify an individual that is under the control of the Institution under this Agreement.
Personal Data means any personal data, as defined in the GDPR, which is provided by or on behalf of Customer and Processed by the Processor pursuant to the Services Agreement. Against this background, ARaymond applies the ARaymond Business Partner Charter, as well as a specific policy regarding gifts and invitations, which is available on the ARaymond website. The Supplier expressly acknowledges that it has read and understood the ARaymond Business Partner Charter and the aforementioned policy, undertakes to adhere to ethical principles and values that are at least equivalent, and warrants that its sub-suppliers and subcontractors will also adhere to these principles and values. Furthermore, in the execution of the Contract, the Supplier undertakes not to employ natural or legal persons (including, in particular, employees, subcontractors and any other third party) with whom ARaymond and/or the Supplier are not authorized to enter into agreements, in particular with regard to (i) restrictions or embargoes imposed by the United Nations, the European Union or under any other regional or national sanctions programme and (ii) restrictions set forth in stand-alone legislation. The Supplier undertakes to comply with the principles contained in the United Nations Global Compact, in particular with regard to human rights, labour law, the environment and the fight against corruption.
