DPML SERVICE. 1.1 Scope and Applicability This Agreement, offers to Register Customers, (in collaboration with Donuts Inc), the ability to prevent the registration of certain SLD's by third parties in all top-level domains owned and operated by Donuts or their affiliates. These DPML Terms and Conditions, together with the DPML Service Agreement and DPML Policies, set forth the complete terms of use, rules, processes, and procedures governing the Application for and use of DPML Blocks for all TLDs then owned and operated by Donuts . Register may amend in its sole discretion the terms and conditions in this agreement at any time without prior consent by posting the Customer the amended terms and conditions in this Agreement and any new, different or additional features will automatically be subject to these terms and conditions. Your continued use of the Services after any such change to these terms and conditions shall constitute your acceptance of these changes. DPML Applicants with one or more SMD Files will have the opportunity to submit DPML Applications. DPML Blocks may only be used on SLDs that correspond to the String(s) present in the DPML Applicant's SMD File. DPML Blocks are available initially for one year for all TLDs owned and operated by Rightside and for five (5) to ten (10) years for all TLDs owned and operated by Donuts and may be renewed in yearly increments for up to a maximum DPML Block period of ten (10) years.
