CHANGES. No change may be produced to this Agreement without the consent of the lessor or his representative with the appropriate written power of attorney. The invalidity of any provision of this agreement does not undermine the validity of the rental agreement in its entirety. Under Articles. 1341 and 1342 cc the Customer specifically declares to have read and approved the terms and conditions set out in points 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-3-10-11-12-13-14 -15-16-17 of this contract.
CHANGES. In the event of any changes to the technical specifications for the Goods, to processes, or to production sites, including any changes in the supply chain, the Supplier must immediately notify the Buyer, at the latest, prior to delivery of the Goods, and obtain its approval to implement such changes. In the event that the Buyer does not accept the changes, it may, at its sole discretion, cancel the purchase Order without incurring additional costs, expenses, or obligations of any nature.
CHANGES. BIMS is entitled to postpone or cancel face-to-face courses by giving the Client a 7 (seven) days prior written notice before the course expected initial date via fax or by email; should it be the case, the only obligation of BIMS will be that of reimbursing the Client of the Fees paid. In addition, BIMS is entitled to make changes to the programme and seat of the relevant face- to-face course and/or substitute the expected panellists with others with equal skills and competence. The present agreement shall be governed by Italian law. The parties assign to the Court of Milan the exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out the present agreement, this including – but not limited to – any proceedings regarding the validity, the construction, the performance and/ or the termination of the agreement.
CHANGES. 7.1 As used in this Section 7, “Change” means a change IP directs or causes within the general scope of the Ordering Documents. 7.2 IP may make Changes by a written order (“Change Order”) after the issuance of the
CHANGES. No change to the Contract applies unless agreed in writing by Xxxxxxx and the Customer.
CHANGES. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties. The Agreement may be modified only with the consent of both Parties. Any changes shall be made in an additional deed, and shall take effect from the date of its last signature.
CHANGES. No modification, marginal note or clause added to the General Conditions of Sale is valid unless expressly approved in writing by Eurofork.
