Payment act by which the Customer pays for the services online and the company AQUA MASSAGE SARL AU takes this payment into account in its billing system.
Payment if our quotation does not mention any particular conditions of payment, our invoices are payable at 30 days end of month at our Head Office, no discount will be granted for early payment. Payment. THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR STAY IS DUE at 30 days before arrival. No reduction can be given in case of late arrival or early departure. The tenant shall be required to leave a deposit of 80€ per rental upon arrival with CB card number. The deposit will not be returned upon departure when the inventory of the rental accommodation has been completed. If the rental accommodation is not kept in good condition (floor, WC, bathroom, fridge, microwave, kitchen area all clean) you will be asked to pay : Final cleaning not done: 80€, not done correctly: 45€. You will also be billed for all items of equipment that are damaged or broken. Rented premises must be vacated before 9.30 CANCELLATION : Unfortunatly no refund by the campsite if cancelling, we propose you to take the insurance in option with "campez couvert". NON-OCCUPATION : In the absence of any message by e-mail announcing a change in arrival date the reservation will be cancelled 48 hours after the arrival date mentioned in the contract, and all sums paid will remain the property of the management. Telephone messages and SMS can not be accepted.
