Common use of ENVIRONMENT Clause in Contracts

ENVIRONMENT. The products must comply with the environmental protection acts and regulations and standards in force in the European Union. During the product design and its packaging and/or during the selection of materials, the Supplier undertakes to take any useful or necessary measure to comply with the legal or regulatory requirements concerning environmental protection. The Supplier undertakes to allow NPL to conduct any audit regarding the level of protection from fire and environmental protection in the Supplier’s premises, and to implement any measure recommended by NPL at the end of such audits, without discharging the Supplier of its obligations and liabilities.
