TÉRMINOS ADICIONALES. Los Servicios podrían estar sujetos a tarifas, guías de servicio, y políticas y procedimientos publicados. Si los Servicios a los que se suscribe incluyen DVR en la nube y usa esta tecnología, usted confirma que desea activar DVR en la nube en relación con los Servicios, sujeto a este Contrato. Usted acepta que la tecnología de DVR en la nube le permitirá programar, realizar y acceder a sus grabaciones utilizando esta tecnología en cualquier dispositivo compatible, como decodificadores compatibles, reproductores de video en streaming, televisores inteligentes, computadoras, teléfonos inteligentes y tabletas. También confirma que, cuando grabe utilizando esta tecnología, desea que sus grabaciones se guarden y almacenen, tanto en su decodificador DVR (si corresponde) como automáticamente en la red de Comcast o del proveedor de servicios de Comcast, en uno o más formatos para (1) permitirle reproducir y navegar dentro de dichas grabaciones en diferentes dispositivos compatibles y (2) optimizar la calidad de video y audio de su experiencia de visualización durante la reproducción.

  • Severability Any provision of this Agreement that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof, and any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction.

  • Miscellaneous The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that continued participation in TIPS is subject to TIPS sole discretion and that any Vendor may be removed from the participation in the Program at any time with or without cause. Nothing in the Agreement or in any other communication between TIPS and the Vendor may be construed as a guarantee that TIPS or TIPS Members will submit any orders at any time. TIPS reserves the right to request additional proposals for items or services already on Agreement at any time.
