EXENCIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDADES. A. Exención de responsabilidades respecto a la condición e historial del vehículo TODOS LOS VEHÍCULOS SE VENDEN “EN LAS CONDICIONES EN QUE SE ENCUENTRAN”. Todos los vehículos adquiridos en subastas realizadas por Copart se venden “EN LAS CONDICIONES EN QUE SE ENCUENTRAN”, SIN GARANTÍA ALGUNA DE CUALQUIER TIPO, YA SEA EXPRESA O IMPLÍCITA, INCLUYENDO PERO NO LIMITADO A CUALQUIER OTRA GARANTÍA DE BUEN ESTADO CONFORME A UN PROPÓSITO PARTICULAR O A LOS FINES DE SU COMERCIABILIDAD.
