Your Reports definition

Your Reports means reports regarding and/or incorporating Your Data generated, transmitted or displayed via the Services, but excluding Generic Reports.
Your Reports means any written reports or other information relating to the behavior or performance of Your Software or Your Hardware, in html, binary, text or any other format (excluding for the avoidance of doubt, Arm Tools Performance Data), generated by you from or using the Arm Tools and any modifications thereto.

Examples of Your Reports in a sentence

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, (a) Google grants You a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install, copy and use the SDK solely as necessary for You to use the Service on Your Apps or Third Parties Apps; and (b) You may remotely access, view and download Your Reports.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this sub-clause 2.1 (e) shall prevent you from disclosing or otherwise distributing Your Reports.

  • You agree to provide all front line support services to all third parties to whom you distribute any Arm Tools, Your Reports, Your Software or Your Hardware, pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of this License.

  • Complete accuracy in all aspects of Your Reports at all times also is not guaranteed.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement, You may remotely access, view and download Your Reports stored at ▇▇▇▇▇▇_▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (or such other URL NeuAnalytics may provide from time to time).

  • You may not use or access Your Reports except as: (i) set forth herein in; (ii) with data generated via the Telerik Reporting software; and (iii) through the Report Server Program.

  • If LinkShare is notified by a Network Advertiser that it believes that its reports about its relationship with You contain an error or omission or otherwise require adjustment, LinkShare may elect to revise those reports as requested by the Network Advertiser and make corresponding changes to Your Reports.

  • If Ground Level Distribution believes that its reports about its relationship with You contain an error or omission or otherwise require adjustment, Ground Level Distribution may elect to revise those reports and make corresponding changes to Your Reports.

  • You agree that neither DAC nor its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, representatives, employees or shareholders have or shall have any responsibilities or liabilities whatsoever to users of Your Reports.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold DAC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, representatives, employees, shareholders and suppliers harmless from and against any claims or liabilities arising from or as a result of the use of Your Reports.

Related to Your Reports

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Privacy Statements means, collectively, all of the Company’s and the Company Subsidiaries’ publicly posted privacy policies (including if posted on the Company’s or the Company Subsidiaries’ products and services) regarding the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, storage, maintenance, retention, deletion, disposal, modification or processing of Personal Data.

  • Parent Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).

  • Company Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(a).

  • Monthly Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.16(b) of the Indenture.
