Xxxxxx Placement definition

Xxxxxx Placement means any and all initial and subsequent actions involving the removal of an Indian child from its parent or Indian custodian for temporary placement in a xxxxxx home or institution or the home of a guardian or conservator where the parent or Indian custodian cannot have the child returned upon demand, but where the parental rights have not been terminated.
Xxxxxx Placement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).
