Written Order means a written order signed by the General Manager or properly authorized representative or agent, mailed to the Contractor at the address designated in the firm's Bid, or to such other address as may be designated in writing as its official place of business.
Written or Writing means letters, characters, and symbols that are intended to represent or convey particular ideas or meanings and are made in electronic form or inscribed on paper by hand, print, type, or other method of impression.
Written protocol means a physician’s order for one or more patients that contains, at a minimum, the following:

Written Resolution means a written (or electronic) solution for a decision making among the Bondholders, as set out in Clause 15.5 (Written Resolutions).
Multiple Series Two Limb Written Resolution means each resolution in writing (with a separate resolution in writing or multiple separate resolutions in writing distributed to the holders of each affected series of Debt Securities Capable of Aggregation, in accordance with the applicable bond documentation) which, when taken together, has been signed or confirmed in writing by or on behalf of the holders of:
Investigating Committee means any Officer/Committee appointed by Competent Authority to conduct investigation.
Investigating Officer means the person appointed by the Monitoring Officer to undertake a formal investigation of a complaint alleging a breach of the Code of Conduct by a Subject Member. The Investigating Officer may be another senior officer of the District Council, an officer of another authority or an external investigator.
Written Procedure means the written or electronic procedure for decision making among the Bondholders in accordance with Clause 18 (Written Procedure).
Written or “in writing” means handwritten in ink or any form of electronic or mechanical writing.
Written Communication has the meaning set forth in Rule 405 under the Securities Act.
Meetings means the meetings of Affected Unsecured Creditors in the Unsecured Creditor Classes in respect of each Participating CCAA Party called for the purposes of considering and voting in respect of the Plan, which has been set by the Amended and Restated Meetings Order to take place at the times, dates and locations as set out in the Amended and Restated Meetings Order;
Written Request means a request made, in writing, by the Insured to us. All pronouns include either gender unless the context indicates otherwise.
Multiple Series Single Limb Written Resolution means each resolution in writing (with a separate resolution in writing or multiple separate resolutions in writing distributed to the holders of each affected series of Debt Securities Capable of Aggregation, in accordance with the applicable bond documentation) which, when taken together, has been signed or confirmed in writing by or on behalf of the holders of at least 75 per cent. of the aggregate principal amount of the outstanding debt securities of all affected series of Debt Securities Capable of Aggregation (taken in aggregate). Any Multiple Series Single Limb Written Resolution may be contained in one document or several documents in substantially the same form, each signed or confirmed in writing by or on behalf of one or more Noteholders or one or more holders of each affected series of debt securities.
Mediation communication means a statement, whether oral, in a record, verbal or nonverbal, that occurs during a mediation or is made for purposes of considering, conducting, participating in, initiating, continuing, or reconvening a mediation or retaining a mediator.
Lead Counsel means the law firm of Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx & Xxxxxxxxx LLP.
Official written order means an order written on a form provided for that purpose by the United
Investigation Committee means the Investigation Committee appointed by the Board under Regulation 5 of these Regulations;
Written certification means a statement signed by a treating physician or referral physician that
Ministerial Action shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
EXPERIMENTAL OR INVESTIGATIONAL means any healthcare service that has progressed to limited human application, but has not been recognized as proven and effective in clinical medicine. See Experimental or Investigational Services in Section 3 for a more detailed description of the type of healthcare services we consider experimental or investigational.
OJEU Notice means the contract notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
